I Will Live | Oluwakayode Taiwo

I will live to see the shining stars,
live to see the moon crossed the horizon.

I will live to see the flowery days,
mentholated breeze and rosy scent .

I will live to eat sardines dinner,
coconut bread and fresh milk.

I will live to feel the touch,
Of embers breeze below my blouse.

I will live to see the dying sun
and watch the ocean wave rolls the third time.

I will live to pick the yellow leaves,
in Autumn's shower on my serenity swing .

I will live to hear the dog barks,
listen to kitty soft meows
and watch the spring dances in the air.

I will live to hear the beat Crossfade,
feel the silence of the stomping ground
and wish you all a brand New Year.
