Befriend The Moon
If I were a friend to rainbow,
I would borrow a lift to the moon,
If I were a close to that mountain
I would wave the moon,
Only if time could give me favour
My wish would be to use my courage to reach there,
I see the moon from the crack of my grandma hut,
I see it far,
I see it close my day,
I see future in the favour of darkness around,
I see courage to manage,
The heat of this groaning world.
I would rain back to the ground
If it was sun I befriended.
