"a Welcoming Night"

The gentle, cold air,
Brushes smoothly through her skin...
The dark, evening sky,
Brings her comfort...
She hears nothing, but the noises of the night...
She gazes at the stars above, with her droopy eyes...
The grass beneath her, caresses her,
Just like a mother would caress her baby...
The stars look down at her gleefully...
She is alone physically,
But at heart, she's at peace...
She is welcomed by this lovely night...
She smiles, and gives herself fully to this welcoming night.
