Fade

One day
My grey hair will remind me of my age
As my cold body yearns for the grave
Whiles counting my teeth
My wild heart will live for younger days
Then I will know that I am old
One day
I will count my treasures with smile
And
number from my children to great grandchildren
Then
I will realize that my generation is no more
Whiles recalling memories,
My wild heart will live for younger days
One day
I will leave this world behind
so
I will live a life that I will remember
