Friendship's Glow

When my heart feels gray,
My friend lights up my day;

Through the ups and downs we stay,
Loneliness is kept at bay;

Let the chaos rage on,
In our bond, we're never gone;

My fervor grows with each passing day,
Your presence keeps my fears at bay;

And when I'm lost in fear and dread,
I reminisce,

With grateful tears that I shed,
I reminisce,

For the memories that we've made,
Are more precious than any trade;

You lift me up when I'm feeling low,
Your friendship is a precious glow;

When my heart feels gray,
My friend chases the clouds away.
