Entropy

In my thoughts, in my dreams, in that abysmal abyss, I found scorched memories and the lips of an angel I once did kiss.
For her I did stumble, For her I did fall,
She was my muse and my Siren's call.

Yet from start she gave me false hope,
When she threw me away with the words written in an envelope.
This forbidden love, it could never be.
For it was tumultuous and forged in anger like the sea.
In the forests of the night she was my moon,
I was the wolf searching for a lovers boon.
Hold me forever and hold me for a day,
Yet you would betray me with lies and my heart you would flay.
So now I see all that which you have strewn,
Now I am the wolf howling at the moon.
