Poor Man's Romance

Like flatter in a child’s heart
And she obeys without a thought in her mind
Light as a feather
And she obeys the directions of a storm

She never cries
But ponders the paths of her pasts
What miseries to be happy about
And the life she loves abound

It’s a poor man’s romance
And flicks and twists don’t matter
Like sickness in a body’s healthy mind
And the end is to the day she dies

But she never dies
