The Heart And Soul Of The Poet

Try and remember
The times of our lives
Those treasured moments
That lies between what’s real
And what’s not to what’s real.
Listen to my heart---
Beating like a thousand drums beating
Over and over again for
That is the heat of the poet.
He cries in the wind
From the distance
Can you hear it?

The real poet is in the soul
Buried deep down inside.
There’s nothing so wonderful
Than to hear the poet’s heart
As he pours it out from inside.

No boundaries to cross
But the feelings are there
Can you feel it?
I can feel it deep
Yeas deep inside this poet’s heart
Crying out
Crying loud!!!!
