Alone Inside
I sat below a midnight sky
Watching the world go by and by
I saw my friends have fun and laugh
And yet I stayed alone inside.
I loathed me and everything else
Dealing with hate inside myself
Oh, what I would’ve done to see
The light and love inside of me.
