Alone
I watch him stand there being the life of the party…
making sure everyone laughs…
in sure everyone is having a good time.
I watch him as he surrounds himself by all types of people…
and he can hear their cry for help…
even when nothing is said…
He can read people like that…
He can do that…
Just looking at them
He can read the hurt and pain they feel…
He reaches out and insure them…
of the storm …
they are going thru it…
with each passing day…they get closer to the end…
that things will be better… to keep moving forwarded…
He does…
Everyday he feel as they do…
on the inside…
but don’t show it on the outside..
It seems no one can read him in the way he do others…
they feel he’s a rock…
strong…
a leader of which can not be torn down…
but if they only knew….
He is alone in a world surrounded by everyone…
All he needs is a touch to be given without asking…
someone to love him..
some one he loves …
he needs….
But until
then he remains surrounded by many…
yet he remains hurt and all alone.
