Lamentation Of Being In Love

As I glance through the window,
Bags of roses have turned to pillow ashes,
The love, we once shared,
Has turned to a burden of curses,
Am I your wife, or your ex?
My presence, is only felt when you're feeling horny ,
Yet;
Years back, I was called darling,
Forgetting to know, we share an unbroken vow,
From morning, 'til night,
I am beating, like a laborer,
So, if I may ask,
Is it a crime to be in love with you?

Poet's note: I wrote this poem as a result of a broken relationship, however, the message portrays the enthusiasm of love at first sight that leads to emotional trauma of love.
