Along Came Love

As the day approaches with birds chirping
and the radiance of the sun
showing its magnificence,
I await the arrival of my beloved.

Along came he with so much
splendor and attention.
With care he gives and asks nothing in return.
with eyes of love, he speaks in parables.
Yet shows forth love in every word.

I look forward to seeing him everyday.
For he always has something new to give.
