Disappearance (p.1)

Estranged friend,
Love had departed
This cramped den.

When it was,
I do not know.
But, because

Lost was the mind,
Puzzled was the heart,
Feelings resigned,

Halls now reek,
Not of us,
But of me.

Weeds had grown.
Wood turned old;
Home, unknown.
