The Solemn Cry

Where are the winds that sanctify pandemics?
Nations yearn your yawns.
Dawns swell now seeking your face:
Grapes taste sour amidst plaques of varied grades
For pandemics variegate and dabbles the globe

Overpowering even the super-powered
As draught drying oceans—
What happens to poor ponds and potholes?
Billion years agony reincarnated,
Carnages cutting through nations.
Where are the winds that sanctify pandemics?
