Motanya

Having been raised in a hut
He grew to have a kind heart
Others with him picked a fight
To fight back he knew wasn't right
His parents had taught him right

Motanya became a teenager
Day by day he became stranger
His drink ceased to be water
To somebody's daughter
Making him feel an achiever

Nyaboke was his first one
Moraa the next one
Kerubo the third one
Drunk all till he was done
Leaving them broken

Motanya had became a star
Not because he owned a car
But he was pointed from afar
His usual place being the bar
Always holding in his hand a cigar
