My Lady
Shall I compare thee to the charming rose?
My lady, tall and fair,
Blooming like a Christmas rose;
Gliding through waters in perfect flair.
Thy robes shine in tremendous luster.
And face glow with delightful brilliance.
The sweetness of thy voice finds no equal,
Nor thy poised eloquence, any rival.
Thy gentle grace obfuscates thy weakness;
Thy smile never cease to razz my berries.
Thou mollify the very everythingness of life.
And pacify all with thy Midas touch.
Gold of sunshine ingrains thy hair.
Thy lips shames the red, red rose.
Thy skin, fair and supple to touch,
Still portrays that precious velvet touch.
Thou glows as the moon of the night.
Rays of elegance are enwombed in thee.
Oh! Lady par excellence,
Thou art the very first in all beautydom.
