Silence

I cry most times to say things my mouth can't say.
When I am expressing myself to you, did you notice the time I paused? that's when I'm saying what the problem really is.
My silence seem to hold my truth because it's heavy for my mouth to say.
And then I realize that it is only one person that can understand my silence and that's me.
