The Dark Place

Heading back to that place.
Where you forget who you are and you can't even recognize your own face
Where there is no sound no light no voices just darkness and despair ,trauma and pain
No future no past nobody who cares and your slowly slipping away and going insane
This place, I have seen it before it's haunting and cold and destroys your mind
And the harder you look for a small ray of hope it suddenly disappears and becomes harder to find
This place I know well it nearly got me before,
so once again I'm here to fight for my life, fight right to my core
And prey I have the strength to get back to who i was before
