The Wedding Ring

As I strolled in the jewellery store
I had no hope,
But hope was restored
When I saw something dope.

I thought and thought and thought;
In my head ideas fought.
Yes I know our love is new,
But I saw this and thought of you.

And this note I want you to read,
For if you were awake I would've kneeled;
With this awesome tremendous thing,
With this diamond wedding ring...

I know this is a wide big task
but please may I try and ask;
'Will you be forever in my life?
Will you marry me and be my wife?
