Tribute

“A tribute to all those brave men
Who sacrificed themselves for the sake of their nation
Those promises they made had to be broken

Their promise was to return
But their will and duty was to move on
Their blood dried but their glory remain preserved

We will cherish and treasure all they did
Our respect for them should never be hidden
They fought so we didn’t have to

Freedom has a high cost
Lives given the ultimate loss
That cost they willingly give so freedom can continue to live”
