Seasons changed and years passed away,
I have been trying to reminisce,
The last time I felt okay,
What is the purpose of life, I do not know
I have been trying to make sense
Of all the things around me,
I have been trying my best
To understand the ones who hurt me,
And caused me nothing but pain,
Now I know,
In life, nothing makes sense
And it shouldn’t be either,
Life is meant to be lived,
Without questioning your future
And regretting your past,
No checklists are to be completed,
All we have is now,
An ephemeral breathing moment,
That will turn into a memory tomorrow,
So make sure,
You make memories that are worth cherishing,
Memories that fills your heart with joy,
And make you feel,
That you lived life wholly and fully,
Embrace the journey of your life,
Today has so much to offer,
Your present is much beautiful
That what has gone by,
Just live.
