Pink Perianth
I'm a plucked
pink perianth,
unfrequented and solitary,
lonely by the keyboard,
waiting to be typed
into a death poem.
when a shiver of light
touches me it reminds
of gold, the honey,
the things I used to crave,
but I guess fate resides
in someone's fingers.
