Ambivalence
The horizon I'm staring at
Is there life beyond it?
Is it the way I envision?
Tell me ,
How do you visualize life up there?
Yes, I'm asking you
Is it like the street lamp shedding it's light on a freshly cut green grass?
Is it like the countless stars right In front of my eyes as I look above ?
Is it like the constellations I never fail to try to put them together?
Is it like the shadow of trees visible to my naked eyes in the midst of the darkness?
Aren't they all beautiful?
What is your definition of beautiful?
The gentle breeze touching your skin
Isn't that beautiful enough?
You can't see it ; all you can do is feel it
The chirping of insects you hear every night
It might mean nothing to you now but Wouldn't you miss it if it just vanished one day ?
Will you miss me? I know I will
You heard me , I would miss myself
But prior to all these imagination
I want to taste life
Life ; as it comes to me
All it's bittersweet
I want to cry and I want to smile
I wish to be overwhelmed with every kind of feeling there is
I want to explore all the life that's beyond me
But most of all
I want to be present you know like here and now
To soak it in
To soak it all in .
