Do I Love You?
I do not love you
So don't even try to think for a single moment that
I love you
No matter what happens
Because at the end of it all
The bond we share undoubtedly means nothing to me
And it's pointless being dishonest to myself and saying that
There's something about you that creates special warm feelings that persistently invade my soul
Because I will not deny the reality that
Your love means absolutely nothing to me
And no amount of convincing will ever make me believe that
You deserve to be loved
Because no matter what
You are not worth being loved
And under no circumstances will I ever accept that
There is something within me that pines for your love
Because at every thought of you
I ask myself
How can I ever love you?
