Masquerade

They say it's human nature to judge
Residing rancour in heart besides grudge,
Masquerading as endearment? Pretty much.

Knowing it's not nature but choice
And when they pray and rejoice,
Praising the God in high-pitched voice;

Queuing up in a row,
All the pledges and vows
Oh, is that all for a show?

And it's not that they don't know
Never too late to repent, though.
Hypocrites, heedless of all the vows

"They say; you reap, what you sow"
Masquerade of sanctity, all for a show?
For in hell they'll all burn in a row!
