Love's Not Blind It Blinds

Love, the one thing that secrets the greatest of flaws,
It comes like a newly ushered bride and leaves like a suspected thief,
Bringing joy at first then leaving one on the desert floor,
Sinking in your thoughts like a foot on the desert leaf,
Taking you round and round until you notice the flaws,
Dropping you off like the eagle's poop on the desert leaf.

We seek flaws to disqualify but this feel we breed blinds,
As we lie and conclude on the thoughts of a perfect personality
