Her
Said, She been through a lot,
Too scared of Love…
She no wan try again,
That shit hurts…
A lot of predators came to devour…
Pops' said "To be married by 21…"
That's a lot of pressure,
I was like Whaa…
What ya Mom have to say ?
She was like "same… "
Said "... it's Tradition
And will not be Changed…"
I know that menopause
Makes Us afraid…
But True Love
isn't easy to obtain…
Since convocation??
Back-to-back Date…
Sick of the strain,
Needed a break…
If it comes "Natural"
That'll be great…
Forcing the energy?
Kinda insane…
Prolly, How enemies end up in marriage,
Abusing each other, lifting the baggages…
Needing a Therapist after the damages…
The bond is sweeter
When it's not in bondage…
Hope that your Energy
Flows with the Voltage…
Coz na wrong number,
If you no get the Message…
"Come with your Heart,
Leave with a bandage…"
TATTOOed her SCARs
Like she reppin' the "Game"
Too late to tell Her
That "love" could be great…
That Love could be beautiful,
And still insane…
Why should I tell her that ?
When, I'm just trying this out…
Love ain't the same
When it feels like a drought…
She turned around,
Adjusted her blouse…
Still on the lookout
For any "Red Flags…
