Rivers

A river is more than an amenity,
It is a treasure.
It keeps flowing from an unending destination.
Rivers never change, but only the direction changes.

Time is like a river.
You cannot touch the same water twice,
It's because the flow that has passed,
Will never pass again.

No man ever steps in the same water twice.
For it's not the same river.
And he's not the same man.

Rivers don't drink their own waters.
Trees don't eat their own fruits.
The salt seasons the soup,
In order to have it's purpose fulfilled.

Rivers know this; there's no hurry.
We shall get their someday.
Be like a river.
Be open.
