Hopeful eyes, A million dreams, Curiosity to learn
This is what it is like to be a child.
But here they are working
Can’t remember the last time they smiled
People want Money
They want Power
Don’t care if they make children cower.
The children work all-day
They earn instead of learn
They take their axe and smash wood
But learning is what they should
When You think of children you think of education
They should be saying Ah not in pain but in fascination
You make them mine when There only like 9.
People are putting children in factories and caves
When Schools should be their only workspace and pencils should be their only tool.
Children are Children, not slaves.
They look out the window for hope
They get beatings that they can’t cope.
Children should be treated with love and care
Child labour is just not fair.
